GET STARTED BY PREPPING YOUR VEGGIES - CARROTS, BROCCOLI AND MINCE YOUR GARLIC AND FRESH GINGER.
ADD YOUR FRESH INGREDIENTS TO YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR AS A MIXTURE THAT WILL BE ADDED TO THE MEATBALLS.
ADD THE MIXTURE FROM THE FOOD PROCESSOR INTO GROUND BEEF AND PANKO BREADCRUMBS.
PREPARE 24 MEATBALLS. IF YOU'RE GOING TO FREEZE THEM FOR LATER, TRY FLASH FREEZING THEM ON A BAKING TRAY AND THEN ADD THEM TO A ZIPLOC CONTAINER UP TO 3 MOS.
WHILE THE MEATBALLS ARE BAKING IN THE OVEN, COOK YOUR RICE NOODLES.
WHISK TOGETHER THE TERIYAKI SAUCE.
HEAT A SKILLET WITH OIL AND SOFTEN THE CARROTS, THEN THE REMAINING VEGGIES, GINGER AND GARLIC. STIR IN THE TERIYAKI SAUCE, WATER. ADD THE PASTA AND MEATBALLS, ALLOWING THEM TO WARM TOGETHER.
