IF YOU DON'T BUY YOUR SHRIMP CLEANED, BE SURE TO REMOVE THE TAIL AND DEVEIN THEM.
PREPARE THE NOODLES SO THEY ARE READY TO ADD TO THE STIR FRY.
ADD TWO TABLESPOONS OF SOY SAUCE TO THE RAW SHRIMP. HEAT THE SKILLET, ADD IN SOME OLIVE OIL AND COOK UP THE SHRIMP, A COUPLE MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
REMOVE THE SHRIMP AND ADD IN THE CABBAGE, CARROTS AND SCALLIONS, THEN STIR IN THE SEASONINGS AND HONEY.
WHISK UP THE EGGS, ADD THEM TO THE HOT MIXTURE IN THE SKILLET AND STIR THEM INTO THE CABBAGE UNTIL COOKED.
ADD IN THE MEI FUN NOODLES, THEN THE SHRIMP AND ITS READY TO SERVE!
