INGREDIENTS – Chicken breasts – Salt – Paprika – Scallions – Cashews – Oregano – Smoked paprika – Garlic – EVOO – Chicken broth – Milk – Cornstarch – Mayo
Add your cubed chicken breast that is seasoned with salt and paprika to a hot skillet with olive oil in it. Let them cook a couple minutes on one side, then flip over. They will finish cooking in the sauce so just brown them.
Set up your cornstarch slurry so its ready to add to the skillet you prepare the garlic and green onions in after setting the chicken aside.
