QUICK COOKING CREAMY CHICKEN PAPRIKA

THE FLAVOR IN SMOKED PAPRIKA IMPARTS SO MUCH FLAVOR TO THIS EASY & QUICK FAMILY DINNER!

INGREDIENTS  – Chicken breasts – Salt – Paprika – Scallions – Cashews – Oregano – Smoked paprika – Garlic  – EVOO – Chicken broth  – Milk – Cornstarch  – Mayo

Prep the scallions by thin slicing them, save some for the garnish. Rough chop the salted cashews. 

Add your cubed chicken breast that is seasoned with salt and paprika to a hot skillet with olive oil in it. Let them cook a couple minutes on one side, then flip over. They will finish cooking in the sauce so just brown them.

Set up your cornstarch slurry so its ready to add to the skillet you prepare the garlic and green onions in after setting the chicken aside. 

Whisk together the ingredients while it begins to thicken. 

Whisk in the mayonnaise before stirring the chicken pieces back into the creamy sauce.
