These baked shrimp with coconut are heavenly to your tummy!

Ingredients -  1 LB Shrimp - 1/2 cup Shredded coconut - 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs - 1/2 tsp Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Black pepper - 3 Eggs - 3/4 cup Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp Sriracha - 1 tbsp Ketchup

BREADING MIXTURE

Combine the breading mixture in a ziploc bag. 

Prepare spicy mayo

Add the2 ingredients together for a delicious dipping sauce that has a perfect amount of kick. 

CLEAN THE SHRIMP

Eemove the tail and devein your shrimp.

Whisk the eggs into a smooth mixture, then dunk each shrimp piece into it, before coating with the breadcrumbs. Add to the baking pan.
