Warning!  This recipe is irresistible and crazy-addictive.

Ingredients Mushroom Filling - 8 oz white mushrooms - 1/2 cup finely diced onions - 1 clove Garlic - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Olive oil - 1/2 tsp salt & pepper - 1 tbsp milk - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Ingredients Others - 16 oz Beef petite filet - 1 tbsp Olive oil - 1 tsp salt and pepper - 2 Puff pastry sheets - 2 tbsp flour - 1 egg

Par Cook the beef

Season each side of the filet and let it cook 5 min on each side. Then stick it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Dice the mushrooms and mince the garlic, before adding to a skillet. Stir in the seasonings and let it cook down for about 5 minutes.

Slice up the beef filet into 1/4" pieces. 

PREPARE THE PASTRY SHEETS

Open the pastry sheets and roll it out so it's a bit longer, about an "1 on each side. Then cut them into 10 even rectangles.

Brush an egg wash over each piece of puff pastry before placing a piece of beef and some mushroom filling over top.

Close the pastry around the beef mixture to enclose it and use a fork to seal the sides.
