Meatball making is easy. Combine the ingredients into a bowl and combine the ingredients with as little mixing as you can before they're combined.

Either use parchment paper and spray it down with oil or oil up a baking sheet and place the greek meatballs onto it. Using a cookie scoop helps you to bake up uniform meatballs that bake well.

To get started with the tzatziki sauce, begin by grating the cucumber. No peeling required!

Because cucumbers are 95% water, be sure to drain the grated veggie out with a paper towel. Then combine the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl with the cucumber.

Once the meatballs are halfway through baking, give them a turn to get browned on both sides. Serve with your sauce and some rice.
