THE SALSA CAN BE MADE UP TO A DAY IN ADVANCE. IT'LL ALLOW THE FLAVORS TO MINGLE AND COMBINE.
MIX TOGETHER THE CHIPOTLE CREMA. THIS CAN BE ENJOYED UP TO 5 DAYS SO YOU CAN MAKE IT IN ADVANCE.
PREPARE THE SEASONING FOR THE SHRIMP.
IF YOU'RE GRILLING YOUR SHRIMP, IT'S EASIER TO SKEWER THEM AND THEN GIVE THEM A RUB OWN WITH OLIVE OIL BEFORE SEASONING THEM. THEN GRILL!
