EASY 30-MINUTE SUN DRIED TOMATO CHICKEN 

INGREDIENTS – 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes – 1 tbsp Olive Oil – 1/4 cup Water – 1 clove Garlic – 1/2 tsp Pepper – Dash of Salt – 3 Chicken Breasts

Sun-dried tomatoes freeze easily and offer delicious flavor in any meal.  This recipe will be ready in less than 30 minutes! The thick luscious sauce that covers the chicken keeps it moist and delicious. 

WHY ENJOY MAKING SUN-DRIED TOMATO CHICKEN

wHETHER YOU WANT TO PREP THE SAUCE IN ADVANCE OR JUST PREPARE IT WHEN YOUR READY TO EAT, GRAB YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR AND PUT TOGETHER THE INGREDIENTS. 

ADD THE CHICKEN TO A LARGE ZIPLOC BAG, THEN POUR THE SAUCE FROM THE FOOD PROCESSOR INTO THE BAG TO COVER THE MEAT. 

TIP

THESE CAN BE MARINATED OVERNIGHT FOR MORE FLAVOR OTHERWISE GO STRAIGHT TO BAKING. 

BAKE THE CHICKEN.

TIP

NOTE!!  Let the chicken rest after you take it out of the oven!  You want it to rest for at least 5 min so that the juices from the chicken redistribute instead of seeping out.  This way, the chicken stays moist and juicy!
