PREPARE YOUR PESTO WHILE THE PASTA IS COOKING TO AL DENTE. PULSE AND BLEND THE INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR.
ONCE EVERYTHING IS BLENDED WELL, SCOOP IT INTO A BOWL BIG ENOUGH TO ADD THE PASTA IN TO COMBINE THE TWO INGREDIENTS.
BE SURE TO SAVE SOME OF THE PASTA WATER SO YOU CAN USE IT TO FINISH THE SAUCE. ADD A 1/2 CUP AT A TIME TO THE PASTA AND SAUCE, THEN TASTE FOR NEEDED S&P OR MORE PARMESAN CHEESE.
