Time Saving Tip: Prepare the chicken with cherry tomatoes ahead and then warm up and mix with the pasta on the night you want to eat it.
CUT THE CHICKEN BREASTS INTO SMALL PIECES AND SEASON IT WITH SALT, PEPPER AND ITALIAN SEASONING.
COOK THE CHICKEN IN A SKILLET, FLIPPING JUST ONCE UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS SEARED GOLDEN BROWN.
REMOVE THE CHICKEN TO A PLATE AND IN THE SAME PAN, ADD THE GARLIC, TOMATOES AND BROTH.
PLACE THE CHICKEN BACK IN THE PAN.
TURN OFF THE HEAT AND THEN STIR IN THE OLIVE OIL, PASTA, AND BASIL WITH CHEESE.
