Ingredients: Ground beef Onion Garlic Salt & pepper Yukon potatoes Flour Butter Milk Broth Sour cream Cheddar Dried oregano Parsley Pickles Mayonnaise Ketchup Sriracha
Prepare the potatoes
Dice your potatoes. If you use Yukon potatoes, you can leave the peels on but if you purchase Russet, peel them first.
brown the beef
Brown the ground beef and then add in the onions to soften. Place them in the pan with the potatoes once they are cooked through.
PREPARE THE ROUX.
Melt the butter and flour together. Turn off the heat and whisk in the sour cream and seasonings.
FINISH THE casserole
Pour the sauce over the potatoes and hamburger. Then mix in the cheese and set it in the oven. Let it rest about 10 minutes after coming out of the oven.
