Prepare the flatbread
You can prepare this dough 30 min before baking or in the morning and let it rise all day before you're ready to bake.
Prep BBQ CHICKEN
Season some water with salt and pepper as you set it to boil. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces and add it to the boiling water for about 10 minutes while it cooks. Then shred! Reserve a bit of the water the chicken cooked in.
SEASON THE CHICKEN
Season the shredded chicken with your favorite bbq sauce and a bit of the reserved water that you cooked the chicken in.
FINISH THE PASTA DISH
Add in the roasted veggies and toss them into the pasta sauce. Taste for any final flavors needed and enjoy!
Bake the flatbread
Roll out the flatbread and get it ready to bake! You'll par-bake it 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLE THE PIZZA
Combining sour cream and bbq sauce might seem weird, however it helps to mellow out the sauce so tht you aren't overpowered by the flavor and can use as much as needed on the pizza. Add the sauce and chicken to the flatbread.
