CREATE A SIMPLE ROUX FOR A THICKENER TO THE HASHBROWNS IN PLACE OF SOUP. USE FLOUR IF YOU DO NOT NEED THIS DISH TO BE GLUTEN FREE OR CORNSTARCH IF YOU DO.
