SEAR THE PORK CHOPS  IN A SKILLET UNTIL EACH SIDE IS GOLDEN BROWN. PUT THE CHOPS ASIDE.

ADD BUTTER, GARLIC AND ONIONS INTO THE SKILLET, LETTING THE ONIONS SOFTEN.

TIME TO ADD IN THE APPLES AND THYME. THE CORNSTARCH SLURRY SHOULD BE STIRRED IN SO IT STARTS TO THICKEN AND COMBINE FLAVORS.

PLACE THE PORKCHOPS BACK INTO THE SKILLET AND ADD THE JUICES THAT CAME OFF THE PORK TOO.

GIVE THE SAUCE A TASTE, ADD SALT IF NEEDED. GIVE IT A SQUEEZE OF LEMON BEFORE SERVING.
