Ingredients: Chicken breasts Bacon Brussels sprouts Onion Salt & Ground pepper Coconut Chicken bouillon Cornstarch Long grain rice
Prep Ingredients
Finely dice the onion, then cut Brussels sprouts in halr or quarters. Dice the bacon and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
saute the ingredients
Add the bacon to a pan and let it cook through. Leave the bacon grease in the pan. Then add in the chicken, letting it brown evenly on each side.
TIME SAVING TIP!
Freeze your own diced onions. Dice several onions in advance and freeze them in in a storage bag! You always have freshly frozen onion on hand!

Cook the onions, then separately cook the Brussels Sprouts.

Cook the onions, then separately cook the Brussels Sprouts. Add back in the chicken and bacon then pour in the coconut milk. Add in the bouillon and the cornstarch slurry. Combine well.
