Prep Ingredients

Mince garlic and crush whole peeled tomatoes. Mix the sour cream, Vegetable Base, and cornstarch. 

Make the Sauce

Add the garlic to heated large pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.  Add the crushed tomatoes.  Cook 5 min.  Then mix in the sour cream mixture.  Cook 5 more min.

Finish & Enjoy!

Last, add in the basil and the pasta and stir to completely combine.
