USE A ZIPLOC BAG TO HOLD THE PORK TENDERLOIN AND BBQ SAUCE, THEN LET IT SIT IN THE FRIDGE.
SPRAY A BAKING SHEET AND ADD THE PORK PIECE, LETTING IT ROAST. HEAT THE LEFTOVER SAUCE IN A PAN AND LET IT THICKEN UP. SCOOP IT OVER THE TENDERLOIN WHEN IT COMES OUT OF THE OVEN.
ALLOW THE PORK TO REST FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER ITS DONE COOKING TO LET THE MOISTURE STAY INSIDE. THEN SERVE WITH THE LEFTOVER SAUCE.
