CHINESE CHICKEN ON A STICK WITH GARLIC SESAME SAUCE

INGREDIENTS – 2 lbs Chicken breast – 1 cup Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp Honey – 1 tsp Garlic – 1 tsp Sesame oil – 2 Scallions

WHY ENJOY MAKING CHINESE CHICKEN ON A STICK

Cut your chicken into skewer strips and add them to the marinade in a ziploc bag. 

AFTER SOAKING THE BAMBOO STICKS IN WATER FOR AN HOUR, SKEWER THE CHICKEN ON A BAKING PAN.

COVER STICK ENDS WITH ALUMINUM FOIL SO THEY DO NOT BURN. 

BROIL THE CHICKEN FOR ABOUT 10 MIN. LET IT GET TO ABOUT 5 IN FROM THE HEAT SOURCE.
