Guests seriously LOVE this appetizer! It’s also really easy to make and easy to serve. Deconstruct this appetizer so the toasted baguette slices are on the side and guests can serve themselves. No soggy bread. Really easy to make and easy to serve.
Thinly slice the baguette into 1/2" slices. Spritz olive oil and salt on one side, then oil on the other, but rub some garlic over the top of this 2nd side before adding salt. Toast them in the oven!
Slice and dice your tomatoes, artichokes and basil and add them to your mixing bowl. crumble in the goat cheese over the olive oil and seasoning.
ADD THE TOPPING TO A BOWL AND SERVE ALONGSIDE THE TOASTED CROSTINIS.
