Ingredients - 1/2 head Green Cabbage - 1 cup Carrots, diced - 1 Yellow Onion, medium, diced - 2 cloves Garlic, minced - 14-15 ounces Diced Tomatoes, 1 can - 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste - 4 cups Vegetable Broth or Chicken Broth - Seasonings: Salt, Black Pepper, and Dried Oregano Optional: Cayenne Pepper

Chop the cabbage into 1 inch pieces. Dice the onion and carrot. Mince the garlic. Add all to the pot.

Add the remaining ingredients, including the can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable (or chicken) broth, cayenne pepper (optional), oregano, salt and pepper.

Stir, cover, and set the slow cooker on high for 4 or 6 hours, depending on your schedule.
