Ingredients - 2 pounds Boneless Beef Short Ribs - All purpose flour - Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Veggies – Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Parsley - Tomato Paste - Beef Broth - Demi-Glace - Red Wine Vinegar - Worcestershire Sauce - Thyme, dried - Bay Leaf - Salt and Ground Black Pepper

Dice the Carrots and Onion. Mince the garlic. Chop the parsley. Place all in the slow cooker – but save some of the parsley for garnish.

Cut the short ribs into 2″ pieces, coat with flour, salt, pepper, and sear on all sides in a hot pan with olive oil. Add to the slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Cook for 8 hours.
