Ingredients -  Frozen Hash Browns -  Salted Butter -  1% Milk -  Vegetable Broth -  Sour Cream -  Shredded Sharp Cheddar -  Scallions, sliced -  All Purpose Flour -  Dried Oregano – Salt & Pepper

Melt butter in pan, then add flour and whisk to combine for 2-3 minutes.  Whisk in the broth and then milk until the roux is smooth.

Mix the frozen hash browns, sauce, sour cream, cheese, scallion, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Add mixture to a 9×13 casserole dish.  Bake for 45 minutes covered.  Uncover and bake 10 minutes under broiler.
